Women's Health Specialist
Location: Fulton, MD
General Obstetrician–Gynecologist (OB/GYN)
Compensation: $300K annually with additional bonuses ($30K SOB, $30K yearly productivity bonus, and $30K retention bonus after 1 year) for up to $400K total compensation
Job Type: Full-time, on-site position involving clinic, call, and administrative duties (recent graduates encouraged to apply)

We are in search of a dedicated General OB/GYN to join a reputable, physician-led practice. This role is perfect for a caring healthcare provider who is passionate about delivering comprehensive women's health services in a collaborative and supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care throughout the spectrum of practice
- Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic cases
- Perform both routine and advanced OB/GYN procedures as needed
- Participate in shared on-call duties (rotational schedule among physicians)
- Work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical team members
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the electronic health system
- Provide culturally sensitive, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
- Active Maryland medical license
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply
