Grain Operations Assistant Manager
Note: This role requires employees to be present at the Clarks, NE facility five days a week.
Note: A minimum of 2 years of experience in grain facility or grain elevator operations is necessary. If you do not meet this requirement, please refrain from scheduling a call as it will be canceled.

Job Description
- Provide support to the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day grain elevator operations
- Supervise and coordinate tasks for facility staff and seasonal workers
- Aid in scheduling, logistics, and inventory management
- Monitor grain storage, handling, and quality control processes
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations across all functions
- Take part in maintenance planning and equipment inspections
- Engage in communication with farmers, vendors, and transport providers
- Maintain records and assist with reporting responsibilities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in grain elevator or grain facility operations
- Leadership or supervisory experience of 7+ years is preferred
- Familiarity with grain handling equipment and safety standards
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable in hands-on environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
