Assistant Grain Operations Supervisor
Important Note: This role requires presence at the Clarks, NE facility for five days per week.
Important Note: A minimum of 2 years of experience in grain facility or grain elevator operations is required. If you do not meet this requirement, please refrain from scheduling a call as it will be canceled.

Job Description
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily grain elevator operations
- Supervise and organize tasks for facility staff and seasonal workers
- Support scheduling, logistics, and inventory management
- Monitor grain storage, handling, and quality control processes
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations in all operations
- Participate in maintenance planning and equipment inspections
- Communicate with farmers, vendors, and transport providers
- Maintain records and assist with reporting duties
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in grain elevator or grain facility operations
- Preferably 7+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Familiarity with grain handling equipment and safety standards
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable in a hands-on environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s license
