Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced sales executive for their Healthcare Release of Information (ROI) Division in the Indianapolis, IN area. The primary focus of this role is to maximize sales services to new customers and prospects within the healthcare industry. The key responsibilities for this position include:
- Attaining targeted sales for the assigned territory or accounts by engaging with existing customers and exploring new prospects
- Generating leads and prospecting activities to maintain an appropriate pipeline of potential accounts
- Qualifying, researching, tracking, and developing leads into viable healthcare opportunities
- Effectively communicating the value proposition to stakeholders at various organizational levels
- Collaborating with ROI Leadership to create compelling business cases, proposals, and presentations for sales opportunities
- Negotiating terms and closing sales agreements
- Participating in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to enhance industry and customer awareness of services and solutions
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, including trends, technology, competitive offerings, and customer requirements, and providing informed feedback to the company
- Participating in professional organizations related to sales, marketing, and the healthcare industry
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of consultative sales experience in selling outsourced services to physician practices, specialty groups, and/or hospital environments
- Strong hunting skills, including the ability to prospect and sell to new accounts
- Previous experience in selling Release of Information, Revenue Cycle Management, Coding, or Transcription services
- Experience in selling outsourced services is a plus
