Medical Sales Representative

The Healthcare Sales Specialist is a key member of our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. In this role, you will drive enrollment by fostering community relationships, generating high-quality referrals, and guiding potential participants through the enrollment process.

In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will:
· Engage in outreach activities and establish connections within the community
· Collaborate with community organizations to identify partnership opportunities
· Nurture relationships with community leaders and key stakeholders
· Connect with various community resources like senior centers and assisted living facilities
· Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve enrollment goals consistently
· Educate community partners about the services offered by our organization
Job qualifications include:
· Preferred Bachelor’s degree in marketing or healthcare administration
· Completion of DHCS training and exam for marketing representatives within 30 days of employment
· At least one year of sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or senior care
· Proficiency in relevant technologies such as Salesforce, Athena, etc.
