- The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000.

This automation allows the Sales Application Engineers to focus on providing the best product solutions for their customers. The software enables potential customers to receive quotes and proposals in as little as fifteen minutes after providing their information. Travel is not required for this position. The duties and responsibilities associated with this role include:
- Spending 30% of time on phone calls (averaging twenty to twenty-five calls per day)
- Applying engineering knowledge to the company's products
- Investigating customer needs
- Solving customer problems
- Utilizing the software throughout the sales process
- Analyzing customer requirements and providing suitable alternative proposals to company sales professionals
- Communicating with customers through telephone, email, and virtual platforms
Experience in heat transfer is advantageous. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering
- Five or more years of experience in mechanical engineering
- Ability to enjoy interacting with customers over the phone
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Two or more years of experience in industrial sales
- Stable work history
- Must be a US citizen or a Green Card holder
- Resides within a 45-minute commute
