About the Role:

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at our Romeoville location in Illinois, you will play a central role in shaping our HR initiatives to align with our company's vision and values. In this critical position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop strategies that support our business while driving it forward. You will be responsible for activities such as Onboarding, Offboarding, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation, Talent Assessments, Succession Planning, and Employee Engagement/Retention, making you instrumental to our organization's success!

Main Responsibilities:

· Strategic Partnership: Work alongside the HR Leadership Team to devise and implement innovative people strategies that perfectly align with our company's ambitious goals. You will leverage your expertise to turn vision into action and drive business success.

· Thought Leadership: Act as the go-to advisor in Employee Relations, providing expert HR guidance to handle challenges with finesse and ensure compliance. Your knowledge will keep us ahead of the game, mitigating risks and ensuring smooth operations.

· Change Management: Guide our organization through change by empowering managers and leaders to navigate and lead with confidence. Your expertise will help us adapt, evolve, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

· Talent Management: Collaborate closely with managers to identify and fulfill our talent needs, fostering internal growth and ensuring our teams are prepared for future challenges. Your role will be crucial in building a strong, capable workforce.

· Performance Improvement: Develop and execute HR strategies that enhance performance, aligning with our short-term and long-term business objectives. Your contributions will directly impact our success and growth.

· Corporate Collaboration: Partner with our Corporate Centers of Excellence (COEs) to align on leadership development, compensation, benefits, and staffing. Together, you will create a unified approach that supports our organizational goals and elevates our people.

· Apprenticeship Program Oversight: Take the lead in optimizing our apprenticeship program, ensuring it meets business needs and contributes to the development of our next generation of skilled professionals.

· Administrative Support: Provide essential support for our HR operations, including managing our HR Performance Management system and assisting the VP of Global HR with reports, metrics, and key projects that drive us forward.

· Project Leadership: Champion HR projects that deliver tangible business results, ensuring their successful completion within prescribed timelines. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in achieving project success.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree

· At least 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment

· Ability and willingness to work onsite 5 days a week in a collaborative, team-centric environment

· Proven expertise in managing complex employee relations within a manufacturing setting

· Comprehensive knowledge of HR disciplines, including compensation, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment law

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with excellent data management skills

· A dynamic, fast-paced work style that thrives in a collaborative environment

· Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Preferred PHR certification, although enthusiasm and drive are highly valued above all.
