HR Director

Location: Little Rock, AR

Human Resources Director - Little Rock, Arkansas

· Acts as a mentor, advisor, and confidante to operations leaders within the organization

· Manages HR activities including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and talent management

· Plays a leadership role in developing organization capabilities and driving high performance work systems

· Utilizes knowledge of the plant's practices, business needs, and procedures to effectively carry out HR tasks

· Designs HR programs, policies, and practices that align with the business strategy and attract and retain top talent

· Manages supplemental activities such as community outreach and employee events

· Enhances the organization's human resources by implementing and evaluating employee relations and HR policies and practices

· Delivers excellent service to end users in an efficient and effective manner, managing self and team to meet deadlines

What we are looking for:

Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree

· 5 years of experience in HR (employee relations, staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, employee data)

· Previous management experience

· Experience in a manufacturing site

· Experience leading and mentoring teams and creating a positive work environment

· Experience improving HR processes and delivering quality services

· Experience managing multiple projects under time and budget constraints

· Experience working with third-party vendors

· Strong leadership skills and understanding of business operations and risks

Additional skills and experience that would be advantageous in this role:

· Experience as an HR Generalist

· Knowledge of labor relations

· Experience in the food manufacturing industry

· Familiarity with High Performance Organization work systems

· PHR or SPHR certification
