Job Title: Bilingual Human Resources Representative
Location: Wakefield, Nebraska
Salary: $40-50K
Summary:
The Bilingual HR Representative will be responsible for various administrative tasks, providing assistance to employees, organizing employee recognition events, handling benefit enrollment, overseeing recruitment and orientation, ensuring compliance, facilitating communication, and more.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- Must be fluent in Spanish.
- Previous HR experience desired.
- Previous clerical experience desired.
- Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Proficient in computer programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong follow-up, problem-solving, communication, creativity, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Current and valid driver's license preferred.
- Knowledge of ATS and/or HRIS system desired.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with various HR programs and functions.
- Focus on specific areas as determined by department needs.
- Track attendance and issue discipline notices.
- Manage service awards.
- Update job descriptions and postings.
- Aid in recruitment process for non-exempt positions.
- Coordinate employee recognition initiatives.
- Handle leave of absence management.
- Maintain anniversary and birthday calendars.
- Organize and execute employee meals and events.
- Conduct exit interviews and stay interviews.
- Implement retention efforts.
- Assist with new hire benefit enrollments and insurance inquiries.
- Ensure company bulletin boards and postings are current.
- Perform various administrative duties.
- Provide support to employees as needed.
- Compile, update, and generate reports.
- Assist with trainings, presentations, and events.
- Offer backup support to other HR Department members.
- Participate in relevant committees.
- Prioritize safety and health in the workplace.
