Job Title: Bilingual Human Resources Representative
Location: Wakefield, Nebraska
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000
Job Summary: The Bilingual HR Representative in Wakefield, NE will handle administrative tasks, support employees, coordinate employee recognition and events, manage benefit enrollment, assist in recruitment and orientation, ensure compliance, facilitate communication, and more.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus.
• Must be fluent in Spanish.
• Previous experience in HR is preferred.
• Previous clerical experience is a bonus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of Power Point is a plus.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
• Support various HR programs and functions.
• Focus on specific areas based on department needs.
• Assist with recruitment activities, employee recognition, benefit enrollment, leave management, event planning, and more.
• Perform administrative tasks and provide assistance to employees.
• Compile and generate reports when necessary.
• Assist in training and event coordination.
• Serve as a backup for other HR team members.
• Participate in HR committees as required.
• Ensure a safe and healthy workplace environment for all employees.
