Job Summary:
The Bilingual HR Representative is responsible for performing administrative duties, assisting employees, organizing employee recognition and events, managing benefit enrollment, handling recruitment and orientation, ensuring compliance with regulations, facilitating communication, and other related tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish.
- Previous HR experience desired.
- Previous clerical experience desired.
- Ability to read, interpret, and write reports and correspondence.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer programs, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Ability to work independently or in a team as required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional and confidential in handling personnel issues.
- Current and valid driver's license preferred.
- Knowledge of ATS and/or HRIS system desired.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with various HR programs and functions.
- Focus on specific areas based on department needs.
- Perform attendance tracking and issue discipline notices.
- Manage service awards.
- Update job descriptions and postings as necessary.
- Assist with recruitment processes.
- Facilitate employee recognition.
- Handle leave of absence management.
- Manage anniversary and birthday calendars.
- Plan and coordinate employee meals and events.
- Conduct exit and stay interviews.
- Implement retention efforts.
- Assist with benefit enrollments and insurance inquiries.
- Maintain company bulletin boards and postings.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry and document management.
- Offer support to employees when needed.
- Compile, update, and generate reports.
- Assist with training and presentations.
- Provide backup support to other HR team members.
- Participate in committees as needed.
- Prioritize workplace safety and adhere to all policies and procedures.
