This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a Lead HVAC Project Engineer at a family-oriented HVAC systems provider that serves the industrial, commercial, and residential markets. This company values its employees and offers a supportive work environment, which is evident from the long tenures of many staff members, some of whom have been with the company for over 15 years. The current opening is due to an upcoming retirement. The company has a relaxed and flexible work culture and employs fewer than 100 individuals.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Preparing quotes, planning, and designing HVAC systems for industrial and heavy commercial settings
  • Collaborating closely with field employees, colleagues, customers, and contractors
  • Tracking and managing project deadlines and expenses
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting their expectations
  • Providing guidance, direction, and supervision to staff members
  • Occasional travel to job sites within the state

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • At least six years of experience in managing industrial or heavy commercial HVAC projects
  • Ability to travel to different work sites within the state (no overnight stays required)
  • A stable employment history
  • A U.S. citizen or a Green Card holder
  • Reside within a 45-minute commute of the job location
