Position Summary:
We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to create and maintain cost-effective manufacturing processes while upholding consistent operating standards. This position will play a key role in driving productivity, performance, and continuous improvement efforts throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate on designing cost-effective manufacturing processes for new product lines

Develop workplace layouts based on motion economy and handling principles

Conduct time studies and analyze discrepancies to identify areas for improvement

Establish and maintain labor standards, making adjustments as necessary

Implement efficient manufacturing methods to optimize production

Monitor performance within budget and track cost-saving initiatives

Analyze and evaluate work content for support labor functions

Support planning and control using Management Information Systems

Foster fair and equitable labor standards to boost morale

Ensure high-quality production at the lowest possible cost

Perform any additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering preferred (or equivalent experience)

1–3 years of experience in industrial engineering

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Team player with a focus on process improvement
