We are searching for experienced Maintenance Technicians to support our expanding operations in Montgomery, AL. Our facility is equipped with modern machinery and equipment, and we require qualified individuals to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize our equipment to ensure maximum efficiency. This position follows a 3-2-2-3 rotating schedule, offering flexibility while maintaining consistent working hours.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose & Repair Equipment – Identify and resolve mechanical issues in food processing and packaging machinery, such as mixers, blenders, ovens, baggers, wrappers, case erectors, sealers, and conveyors
• Perform Preventative Maintenance – Conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
• Rebuild & Upgrade Machinery – Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment using various tools
• Optimize Production – Make necessary adjustments and repairs to maintain high-speed production efficiency
• Ensure Compliance & Safety – Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations

Requirements:

• Education & Experience – AAS degree, maintenance certification, or at least 4 years of hands-on maintenance experience
• Industry Knowledge – Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within the food, beverage, or industrial manufacturing sector
• Technical Skills – Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves, belts, chains, sprockets, bearings, pulleys, gearboxes, and conveyors
• Problem-Solving Abilities – Capable of troubleshooting problems, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions
• Strong Work Ethic – Self-motivated, punctual, and willing to work additional hours when necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

• Blueprint & Schematic Reading – Ability to interpret technical diagrams and mechanical drawings
• Maintenance Software – Experience with SAP, CMMS, or other computerized maintenance management systems
• Electrical Troubleshooting – Basic skills in electrical troubleshooting are advantageous
• Military Background – Veterans with maintenance experience are encouraged to apply
