We are seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support the growth of our operations in Romeoville, IL. Our facility is equipped with cutting-edge processing and packaging equipment, and we require qualified professionals to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize machinery to ensure optimal production efficiency. This position follows a rotating schedule of 3-2-2-3, offering flexibility while maintaining consistent hours.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and Repair Equipment - Troubleshoot mechanical issues on food processing and packaging machinery, including mixers, blenders, ovens, baggers, wrappers, case erectors, sealers, and conveyors
- Perform Preventative Maintenance - Conduct scheduled maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Rebuild and Upgrade Machinery - Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment using hand and power tools
- Optimize Production Performance - Make adjustments and repairs to maintain high-speed production efficiency
- Ensure Compliance and Safety - Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations
Requirements:
- Education and Experience - AAS degree, maintenance certification, or minimum 4 years of hands-on maintenance experience
- Industry Knowledge - At least 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within the food, beverage, or industrial manufacturing sectors
- Technical Skills - Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves, belts, chains, sprockets, bearings, pulleys, gearboxes, and conveyors
- Problem-Solving Abilities - Ability to identify issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Strong Work Ethic - Self-motivated, punctual, and willing to work overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Blueprint and Schematic Reading - Ability to interpret technical diagrams and mechanical drawings
- Maintenance Software - Experience with SAP, CMMS, or other computerized maintenance management systems
- Electrical Troubleshooting - Basic electrical troubleshooting skills are a plus
- Military Background - Veterans with maintenance experience are encouraged to apply
