Key responsibilities for the ideal candidate include:
- Being the sole Maintenance Technician for all equipment and facilities to maintain continuous production
- Performing preventative maintenance on production machinery, adhering to scheduled intervals
- Conducting maintenance and repairs on various equipment using mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills
- Handling general facility maintenance tasks, both indoors and outdoors
- Expert troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems, including welding as needed
Requirements for the role:
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, specializing in repairing manufacturing equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors
- Strong electrical knowledge and proficiency in machine controls
- General plumbing skills and welding ability
- Stable work history and residency within a 45-minute commute of West Bend, WI
- US citizenship or possession of a green card
