The successful candidate will have the opportunity for advancement, including the possibility of moving into a management role. Key responsibilities for this position include:
  • Programming and controlling industrial automation robots
  • Assisting in the assembly, wiring, and testing of robots and other industrial automation equipment
  • Performing installations, repairs, and maintenance at customer locations
  • Providing training and support to colleagues and clients
  • Reporting progress and providing feedback to management
  • Proficiently working with Fanuc, Kuka, and ABB robotic systems
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including international travel

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of experience programming industrial automation robots
  • At least three years of experience in the assembly, wiring, and testing of robots
  • Proven ability to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance at customer sites
  • Hold an engineering degree or equivalent qualification
  • Willingness to travel extensively, up to 50% of the time, including international travel
  • Demonstrate a consistent and solid work history
  • Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
  • Reside within a 45-minute commute from the Pewaukee, Wisconsin area
