Internal Sales Account Executive

Our client is currently looking for a dynamic and driven Internal Sales Account Executive to join their team in Manchester, CT. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering client relationships, seeking new sales opportunities, and aiding in the expansion of our managed IT services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee both inbound and outbound sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Cultivate and maintain connections with potential and existing clients
  • Identify client needs and propose customized IT solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated background in internal sales or account management, preferably within the IT or MSP sector
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen
  • Goal-driven with a proactive mindset
  • Capability to work independently or within a team setting

Desired Skills:

  • Understanding of MSP services and solutions
  • Previous experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud technology, and IT infrastructure is beneficial
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products and services
