Our client is currently looking for a dynamic and driven Internal Sales Account Executive to join their team in Manchester, CT. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering client relationships, seeking new sales opportunities, and aiding in the expansion of our managed IT services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee both inbound and outbound sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Cultivate and maintain connections with potential and existing clients
- Identify client needs and propose customized IT solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors
Requirements:
- Demonstrated background in internal sales or account management, preferably within the IT or MSP sector
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen
- Goal-driven with a proactive mindset
- Capability to work independently or within a team setting
Desired Skills:
- Understanding of MSP services and solutions
