Lead position $33-35/hr ($1k bonus)
A leading Colorado-based Temperature Controls Contractor seeks skilled individuals for Installation Labor and Lead Positions.
Successful candidates will possess extensive experience with low voltage wiring, light electrical installation, and basic HVAC knowledge is advantageous.
We welcome applicants from the HVAC controls and electrical industries for on-site installation work in commercial settings and construction sites.
Responsibilities include project management, coordinating field staff, liaising with contractors/subcontractors, conducting site visits, and providing installation assistance as needed.
This position entails a mix of office and field work, with flexibility based on project requirements.
Candidates must have proficiency in email communication, excel, organizational skills, and a good understanding of the construction industry. A valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check are essential. Our clients include School Districts, Local and Federal Government facilities, and Military Installations.
Experience with Niagara/Honeywell control system installation, programming, and service is a definite asset.
Must be capable of ladder work and able to lift objects weighing up to 50lbs.
