Job Description

• We are seeking experienced Insurance Defense Paralegals for on-site roles in Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, and Tampa, Florida.
• Responsibilities include managing case files from start to finish, drafting legal documents, coordinating discovery, and supporting attorneys in court proceedings.
• Candidates with experience in construction-related insurance defense cases are preferred.
• Work closely with attorneys and clients to ensure smooth case progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a paralegal in insurance defense litigation.
• Experience with construction defect cases is a plus.
• Proficient in legal research and case management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
