Job Description

• We are looking for experienced Legal Assistants in Insurance Defense Litigation to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, and Tampa, Florida.
• Responsibilities include managing case files from start to finish, drafting legal documents, coordinating discovery, and supporting attorneys in courtroom proceedings.
• Preferred candidates will have prior experience with construction-related insurance defense cases.
• Work closely with attorneys and clients to ensure smooth case progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal assistant in insurance defense litigation.
• Experience with construction defect cases is a plus.
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
