Job Description

• We are in search of seasoned Legal Claims Analysts for in-house roles in Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, and Tampa, Florida.
• Take charge of case management from start to finish, including document drafting, discovery coordination, and court support for attorneys.
• Ideal candidates will possess expertise in insurance defense related to construction matters.
• Work closely with legal teams and clients to maintain smooth case progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a paralegal specializing in insurance defense litigation.
• Prior exposure to construction defect cases is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with legal research and case management tools is a plus.
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
