Key Requirements:
• Possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, or a related IT discipline
• Prior experience in designing, building, and implementing healthcare applications, with preference for Behavioral Health experience in healthcare
• Must acquire appropriate certifications within six months of hire, pertaining to Epic (Cadence, Grand Central, Prelude, ADT, Resolute Professional Billing, Claims). Other application competencies must be maintained as well, which will be monitored by the manager or director
• Minimum of two years' experience in project management, systems analysis, system design, or computer system project management

Hours and Compensation:
• This is a full-time position
• Salary range: $70,000 to $92,000 per year, dependent on experience

• Collaborate with corporate management to define organizational goals and establish systems and procedures to achieve them
• Work closely with customers to identify their needs, select and acquire appropriate systems, and implement and support these systems, ensuring more efficient operations and solutions
• Analyze and evaluate business procedures and processes to ensure proper system configuration
• Provide regular status reports to immediate Team Leader
• Develop and maintain documentation and procedures as required, offering training to other IT staff and user clients as needed
• Offer expert product function, design, and build knowledge to ensure successful implementation
• Act as the primary resource in designing, building, testing, and activating the application database
• Create and maintain models and documentation of business and system requirements, configuring the system accordingly
• Prepare testing scripts and materials, and conduct unit, system, and integrated testing
• Collaborate with training team to develop application-specific training materials and curriculums
• Utilize project tools, technologies, and methodologies to provide clear and concise documentation and communication, including project tracking and weekly reports
• Resolve issues and problems with vendors in a timely manner
• Provide on-call support and troubleshooting via phone, remote connectivity, or on-site when necessary
• Follow the project management and work prioritization methodologies and protocols established by IT leadership
• Stay informed about relevant technology information to remain updated on security vulnerabilities
• Proactively assess potential risks and vulnerabilities in the network

Additional Information:
• Reports to the Director
• HYBRID position - during the implementation and post-live support phases, the candidate may need to be on-site for 24-40 hours per week. Once all phases are completed, on-site requirement will be reduced to 0-16 hours per week.
