Other duties will involve handling inventory and fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Respond promptly to customer phone calls and address their inquiries or issues.
- Offer guidance and assistance to customers on our products and services.
- Helpdesk Resource Management:
- Effectively assign and prioritize helpdesk resources to handle customer concerns and requests.
- Monitor helpdesk ticket status and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Technician Scheduling:
- Organize and schedule technicians for service calls and maintenance activities.
- Keep technicians informed about their schedules and any updates or changes.
- Inventory Management:
- Keep track of product and supply inventory levels.
- Assist in ordering and restocking inventory as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.
- Fleet Management:
- Monitor and manage company vehicles, ensuring proper upkeep and use.
- Coordinate vehicle schedules for technicians and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Background in IT and resource scheduling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems, helpdesk software, and inventory management tools.
