Job Title: IT Field Service Technician

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Field Service Technician to become a part of our team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for visiting client locations to set up, manage, and back up computer systems, networks, and specialized imaging equipment. You will be representing our company on-site, so exceptional customer service abilities are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Visit client sites to perform installations and setups for hardware and software systems
• Address and resolve technical problems related to networks, computers, and ancillary devices
• Conduct regular maintenance on IT and mechanical equipment
• Deliver clear and courteous technical support to users
• Record work completed in a tracking system
• Collaborate with internal departments for prompt resolution of service requests

Must-Have Qualifications:
• Eagerness and readiness to travel frequently within southern New England
• Strong mechanical skills
• Proficient knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
• Exceptional communication and service skills
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Desirable Qualifications:
• Previous experience in setting up and configuring computer systems at client premises
• Familiarity with IT service management and tracking systems
• Ability to methodically address intricate technical issues

Bonus Experience (Preferred but not required):
• Experience in dental or medical settings
• Understanding or hands-on practice with 3D imaging and dental X-ray systems

• Experience with automated tracking systems
