Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our Engineering department. As a Process Engineer, you will play a vital role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. You will partner with interdisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for optimization
  • Develop and execute process enhancements to increase efficiency, minimize waste, and ensure quality
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to seamlessly implement process changes
  • Analyze and interpret process data to identify patterns and improvement opportunities
  • Perform root cause analysis for process failures and implement corrective measures
  • Establish and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions
  • Provide technical support and guidance to production teams
  • Participate in new product development projects, ensuring feasible and scalable manufacturing processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in process engineering

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing setting
  • Thorough understanding of process optimization techniques and methodologies
  • Proficiency in process simulation and modeling software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong aptitude for working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness at prioritizing tasks
  • Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements
