This is a full-time opportunity for a Lead Commercial Industrial HVAC Project Engineer at a family-oriented HVAC systems provider serving industrial, commercial, and residential markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing quotes, designing, and planning industrial and heavy commercial HVAC systems
- Collaborating closely with field employees, coworkers, customers, and contractors
- Ensuring adherence to project deadlines and budgets
- Meeting customer expectations
- Providing guidance, mentoring, and supervision to staff
- Traveling to job sites within the state, with no overnight stays
Qualifications:
- Minimum of six years of experience in industrial or heavy commercial HVAC project management
- Ability to travel to various job sites within the state (no overnight stays required)
- Consistent work history
- Must be a US citizen or possess a Green Card
- Residence located within a 45-minute commute from Kohler, WI
