The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Quoting, planning, and designing industrial and heavy commercial HVAC systems
- Collaborating closely with field employees, colleagues, customers, and contractors
- Monitoring and managing project deadlines and costs
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Mentoring, directing, and supervising staff
- Traveling to various job sites within the state
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- At least six years of experience in managing industrial or heavy commercial HVAC projects
- Ability to travel to different job sites within the state (no overnight stays required)
- A consistent work history
- Must be a US citizen or possess a green card
- Residing within a 45-minute commute from the Kohler, WI area
