We are seeking a Retail Project Lead for ongoing retail remodeling, expansion, and ground-up projects. The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, including personnel coordination, ensuring project completion within schedule and budget, maintaining high-quality standards, and enforcing construction safety practices. The Project Lead will also manage the job site office and project closure. Candidates residing anywhere in Florida or willing to travel locally with some night work will be considered.


  • Minimum of 5 years' experience supervising and coordinating subcontractor trades
  • Experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, safety, and production in all phases of construction
  • Ground-up and/or Retail Upfit experience with Big Box Retail, Grocery Stores, Strip Malls, etc. (Walmart experience is a plus!)
  • Knowledge and experience in field supervision, quality control, scheduling, ordering, safety, and production across all construction phases
  • Preferred OSHA 30-hour Construction Training or ability to obtain
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and mathematical skills
  • Self-driven, able to multitask, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with willingness to travel
