Workers' Compensation Legal Aide
Location: Irvine, CA
Note: This role requires employees to be present at the Irvine, CA office Monday through Friday.

Job Description
- Support attorneys in preparing, organizing, and managing legal paperwork for workers' compensation cases.
- Maintain and update case files, guaranteeing accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to collect necessary documentation.
- Schedule appointments, hearings, and depositions, ensuring all involved parties are well-informed and prepared.
- Assist in drafting and preparing correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents under attorney supervision.
- File legal documents with courts and administrative agencies as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in Spanish.
- Prior experience as a legal assistant is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience on the applicant side in workers' compensation cases.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Self-motivated and can work well independently and as part of a team.
- Outstanding customer service skills for interactions with clients and professionals.
