Legal Account Manager
Our client is a leader in providing deposition and legal support services such as court reporting, transcription, trial services, and remote depositions.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for managing sales activities and building relationships with assigned accounts or regions, including acquiring new clients and maintaining existing ones (Heavy client service).
· Ensure product and service delivery meets high standards of quality and consistency.
· Follow up on leads and referrals generated through field activity and other sources.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities and acquisitions.
· Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in professional groups and societies.
· Engage in marketing events like seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be able to travel locally to meet with current and potential clients. Possession of a valid state driver's license within 60 days of employment is required.
· Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasionally travel overnight.
· Experience selling to the legal market, such as law firms, corporate legal departments, and insurance companies. Court reporting and deposition experience is highly valued, as well as having a network of contacts in the industry to leverage from the beginning.
· Proficient with CRM, Reporter Base 8, or other legal database software.
· Must have a high school diploma or general education degree from an accredited institution. A college degree is preferred.
