Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled HVAC Controls Journeyman Electrician to join our team. This role involves the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HVAC control systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The perfect candidate will possess a solid understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and blueprints.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret mechanical, architectural, electrical drawings, and blueprints to determine wiring arrangements.

• Perform quality control testing, conduit installation, and wiring of devices.

• Troubleshoot electrical problems, carry out tests, and replace damaged wiring when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, standards, and codes.

• Follow safety protocols, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC Controls is mandatory.

• Require a valid electrical license: Electrical Masters or E-2 Journeyman License.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Connecticut OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 card needed for OSHA Certification.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is desirable.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team.

• Demonstrate high standards of integrity, professionalism, and customer service.
