With extensive experience, they cater to both public entities and private clients, focusing on constitutional law, civil rights, wildfire litigation, and eminent domain. The Trial & Litigation Practice Group oversees cases from the outset to trial and appeals in state and federal courts.

Position Summary

• Manage all aspects of litigation, from initial filings to trial preparation and appeals.
• Engage in complex cases related to constitutional law, civil rights, and eminent domain.
• Contribute to litigation strategy, research, and crafting persuasive legal arguments.
• Handle electronic discovery and legal motions in both state and federal court systems.
• Gather evidence, interview witnesses, and conduct or defend depositions.
• Concentrate on constructing a robust case for trial in high-stakes litigation scenarios.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of litigation experience, preferably managing complex cases.
• Demonstrated proficiency in research and legal writing, producing clear arguments.
• Experience in federal and state courts, including handling motions.
• Familiarity with electronic discovery and deposition processes.
• Knowledge of Eminent Domain or real estate law is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
