Employment Law Litigation Associate
Location: Irvine, CA
Note: This role is a blend of remote and on-site work, requiring attorneys to be present 2-3 days a week at one of the offices in Irvine, San Diego, or San Francisco.

Responsibilities
- Manage California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.
- Oversee cases from inception to completion, including drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, and motions.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Collaborate with a team and handle fast-paced projects independently.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of employment litigation experience
- Significant expertise in wage and hour litigation, particularly class/collective actions.
- California Bar admission is necessary.
- Outstanding academic background, robust writing skills, and analytical prowess.
- Aptitude for managing multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to excel both independently and within a team.
