Employment Law Litigation Associate

Location: Irvine, CA

Note: This role is a blend of remote and on-site work, requiring attorneys to be present 2-3 days a week at one of the offices in Irvine, San Diego, or San Francisco.

Responsibilities

  • Manage California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.
  • Oversee cases from inception to completion, including drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, and motions.
  • Conduct and defend depositions.
  • Collaborate with a team and handle fast-paced projects independently.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of employment litigation experience
  • Significant expertise in wage and hour litigation, particularly class/collective actions.
  • California Bar admission is necessary.
  • Outstanding academic background, robust writing skills, and analytical prowess.
  • Aptitude for managing multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to excel both independently and within a team.
