Employment Law Litigation Associate
Location: San Diego, CA
Please Note: This position requires attorneys to be present on-site 2-3 days a week at either the Irvine, San Diego, or San Francisco office.

Position Summary
- Manage California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.
- Lead cases from inception to resolution, including drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, and motions.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Collaborate with a team and handle independent work on high-paced projects.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of employment litigation experience
- Extensive knowledge in wage and hour litigation, specifically in class/collective actions.
- Must be licensed to practice in California.
- Outstanding academic record, exceptional writing, and analytical abilities.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
