Employment Law Litigation Associate

Location: San Diego, CA

Please Note: This position requires attorneys to be present on-site 2-3 days a week at either the Irvine, San Diego, or San Francisco office.

Position Summary

  • Manage California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.
  • Lead cases from inception to resolution, including drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, and motions.
  • Conduct and defend depositions.
  • Collaborate with a team and handle independent work on high-paced projects.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of employment litigation experience
  • Extensive knowledge in wage and hour litigation, specifically in class/collective actions.
  • Must be licensed to practice in California.
  • Outstanding academic record, exceptional writing, and analytical abilities.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
