Job Description:

• Seeking a highly driven civil Trial Attorney with 1-5 years of experience.
• Responsibilities include managing cases from the beginning to trial preparation, drafting legal documents, and conducting depositions.
• Developing and executing effective strategies for clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance defense.
• Preferred 1-5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Excellent academic background.
• Demonstrated writing skills and courtroom advocacy capabilities.
• Must be licensed to practice law in New York State.
