Job Description

• Act as counsel for clients in civil litigation matters with independence and assurance
• Oversee all phases of litigation from planning to resolution
• Handle a reasonable caseload effectively while delivering top-notch outcomes
• Work collaboratively with a supportive legal team focused on mutual success
• Guide junior staff and take part in internal training programs
• Achieve an annual billable hour target of 1,400 hours

• Active Montana State Bar License
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
