Legal Case Assistant
Note: This position is for a Legal Case Assistant in Los Angeles, CA. It is full-time (40 hours per week) and requires on-site presence five days a week at either the Los Angeles or San Diego office. After 3 months, a hybrid schedule with up to two remote days is available.
Note: Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of litigation legal secretary experience. If this requirement is not met, scheduled calls will be canceled.

Job Description
- Support attorneys in civil litigation matters
- Draft, edit, and finalize legal documents and correspondence
- Manage deadlines in compliance with court rules
- File documents with state and federal courts, including e-filing
- Coordinate attorney schedules, travel, and expenses
- Work independently on multiple cases efficiently
- Maintain professionalism and attention to detail in a fast-paced legal environment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation legal secretary experience
- Knowledge of state and federal court procedures, including e-filing
- Proficient in manual calendaring without software
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with complex legal documents and preparation of TOAs/TOCs
- Familiarity with legal systems such as iManage, Westlaw, PACER, and Coyote Analytics
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
