Senior Litigation Associate
Note: This position provides a base salary in addition to 33%+ of collections, with full support from top-notch legal resources, a dedicated marketing team, and monthly bonus incentives. Total compensation typically falls between $530k to $990k, depending on the size of your current client base ($800k–$1.5M) and your level of involvement in case management.
Total earnings can exceed $1.5M for larger client bases.

Job Description
- Lead and oversee litigation cases involving major clients in diverse industries
- Utilize an existing book of business exceeding $800k for client engagements on a per-case basis
- Collaborate with experienced associates, paralegals, and support staff to enhance your client base
- Focus on delivering high-quality, hourly-based client services (no contingency cases)
- Opportunity to explore and grow within general litigation or specialized practice areas outside of insurance defense
Qualifications
- Minimum of $800k in portable book of business (hourly billing mandatory)
- Extensive background in litigation (excluding insurance defense focus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while leveraging firm resources
- Strong client relationship and business development skills
- JD with active bar admission in relevant jurisdictions
