Summary:
As an LPN, your responsibilities will include providing skilled direct and indirect patient care to an assigned group of patients under the guidance of a registered nurse. You will collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure the well-being of our patients and adhere to infection control protocols.
Essential Duties:
- Deliver patient care in accordance with the patient's care plan under the supervision of an RN.
- Accurately record patient measurements and observations.
- Administer prescribed medications as directed by the prescribing physician.
- Effectively collaborate with other caregivers on the unit.
Compensation:
The hourly rate ranges from $21 to $28 depending on experience and position. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support the well-being of our employees.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of previous experience as an LPN.
- Current Ohio LPN license. IV certification required for bedside positions.
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days.
- Proficiency in medication administration and clinical knowledge.
