Summary:

As an LVN, you will provide skilled direct and indirect patient care to an assigned group of patients under the guidance of a registered nurse. Collaborating with our healthcare team, you will ensure the well-being of our patients and adhere to infection control policies.

Essential Duties:

Deliver patient care according to the patient's care plan under the supervision of an RN.

Accurately record patient measurements and observations.

Administer prescribed medications as directed by the prescribing physician.

Effectively collaborate with other caregivers in the unit.

Compensation:

The hourly rate ranges from $21 to $28 depending on experience and position.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least one year of previous experience as an LVN.

Current LVN license in Ohio. IV certification required for bedside positions.

Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Proficiency in medication administration and clinical knowledge.

Positions are available in various settings such as the Surgery Center, Main Hospital, and various Physician Offices.
