Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for the maintenance and repair of production equipment. In this role, you will oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure that all machinery functions efficiently to support uninterrupted manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and provide guidance to team members in equipment repair and maintenance

• Ensure strict adherence to OSHA, ISO, and company safety policies

• Maintain accurate maintenance records, including preventive maintenance schedules

• Develop and manage maintenance schedules to meet production goals

• Effectively communicate equipment status and project updates to supervisors, managers, and engineers

• Implement strategies to reduce costs and enhance efficiency in maintenance operations

• Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and company policies

• Support predictive maintenance initiatives utilizing modern technologies and data analysis

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting OR

• Associate degree plus 6 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting OR

• Equivalent combination of education and experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to work second shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday-Friday) with weekend overtime as needed

• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred:

• 5-7 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance

• Experience in project and budget management

• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment maintenance in a manufacturing facility
