SUMMARY
The Maintenance Leader in Atlanta, GA is responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of facility, manufacturing, and support systems throughout the company's location in Atlanta, GA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a member of the management team, driving Safety, Quality, and Productivity goals in a food manufacturing environment.
- Evaluate manufacturing and support systems in the facility to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Provide coaching to team members on troubleshooting techniques, maintenance, and repair of plant systems
- Oversee overall performance of team members, ensuring adherence to company rules, policies, and professional standards
- Mentor team members to support their professional development
- Expand and maintain Preventive/Predictive Maintenance across all facility systems
- Use CMMS system for work orders, purchase orders, inventory control, and equipment history
- Troubleshoot and repair control systems, including network issues with PC's, PLC's, and man-machine interfaces
- Utilize advanced skills to troubleshoot electrical systems, including power distribution, motor controls, variable speed controllers, servo controllers, and robotics
- Apply thorough knowledge in troubleshooting automated packaging machinery
- Apply thorough knowledge in troubleshooting various process equipment, such as pumps, valves, meters, and mixing equipment
- Apply working knowledge in troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Apply working knowledge in troubleshooting facility support systems, including steam, hot water, compressed air, and refrigeration
- Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
