Assurance Services Manager

Our client is seeking a qualified individual to fulfill the role of Assurance Services Manager. This position is located in Lakewood, NJ. Our client specializes in Accounting Advisory, Audit & Assurance, Business Consulting, Buy-Side Advisory, Employee Benefit Plans, Estate Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Tax Compliance & Consulting, serving various industries such as Construction, Distribution, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Motion Picture, Nonprofit, Real Estate, and services.

As an Assurance Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the fieldwork of our assurance services staff. You will also take on management and supervisory responsibilities for a variety of assurance and audit-related client engagements and projects, varying in size and scope.

Our firm exclusively focuses on providing assurance services to privately held, entrepreneurial businesses. Our offerings include audit, review, and compilation engagements, agreed-upon procedures, internal control evaluation, forecasts and projections, and due diligence/acquisition assistance projects.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and hold a CPA designation. Additionally, candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in public accounting and a proven ability to manage client engagements and relationships. Exceptional leadership skills are necessary for success in this role. While healthcare or skilled nursing experience is preferred, it is not required.
