Assurance Services Manager

Location: Lakewood, NJ

As a Manager in Assurance Services, you will oversee the fieldwork of the assurance services team and assume leadership and supervisory responsibilities for various assurance and audit-related client engagements and projects of varying sizes and complexities.

The firm's assurance services exclusively cater to privately held entrepreneurial businesses and include:

  • Audit, review, and compilation engagements
  • Agreed-Upon procedures
  • Internal control evaluation: a review of accounting processes and analysis of key financial metrics
  • Forecasts and projections
  • Due diligence/acquisition assistance projects

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • CPA designation
  • At least 7 years of experience in public accounting
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client engagements and relationships
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Preferred, but not required: Healthcare/Skilled Nursing experience
