This full-time, permanent opportunity is for a Manager of Manufacturing Quality Assurance at a growing, financially stable custom Original Equipment Manufacturer based in Baraboo, WI. The company has added four additional manufacturing sites over the past ten years. Due to the company's diverse product range, economic downturns have minimal impact. Employee satisfaction is high, resulting in many long-term employees. The company is expanding its workforce to meet increasing customer demand for high-quality products and is implementing state-of-the-art strategies for improved production technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supervising a team of five direct reports, with the potential to increase to twelve direct reports.
• Driving quality advancement across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Collaborating with manufacturing and sales teams to improve customer-based quality.
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive quality strategy to enhance quality initiatives throughout various manufacturing sites.
• Partnering with senior management to integrate quality into business strategies and decisions.
• Creating quality-related policies.
• Maintaining communication with customers to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Traveling up to 20% to customer and manufacturing sites within the United States and Mexico.
• Proactively addressing and resolving quality-related issues.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Management.
• At least four years of experience leading a quality assurance team at a manufacturing company.
• Ten or more years of experience in a quality role at a manufacturing company.
• Ability to travel up to twenty percent of the time within the United States and Mexico.
• A solid work history.
• Being a United States citizen or a Green Card holder.
• Residence within a 45-minute drive from the Baraboo, WI area.
