The Manager of Manufacturing Quality Assurance position is based at the corporate headquarters. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Supervising a team of five direct reports, with potential to expand to 12 direct reports
• Driving quality advancement across multiple manufacturing sites
• Collaborating with manufacturing and sales teams to implement customer-focused quality improvement initiatives
• Developing and executing a comprehensive quality strategy to enhance quality initiatives throughout the organization's manufacturing sites
• Working with senior management to integrate quality into business strategies and decision-making processes
• Developing and implementing quality-related policies
• Maintaining regular communication with customers to ensure their quality requirements are met
• Traveling up to 20% of the time to various customer sites and manufacturing facilities in the United States and Mexico
• Proactively addressing any quality-related issues that arise
• Documenting, investigating, and resolving quality issues
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Quality Management
• At least four years of experience leading a quality assurance team at a manufacturing company
• At least ten years of experience in a quality role at a manufacturing company
• Ability to travel up to twenty percent within the United States and Mexico
• Stable work history
• Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder
• Residence within a 45-minute drive of the Baraboo, Wisconsin area
