The main responsibilities of the successful candidate include:
- Working on a rotating 5-day, 12-hour shift schedule with 6 consecutive days off every 3 weeks
- Performing electro-mechanical maintenance on various paper product making machinery
- Operating and maintaining DC and AC drives
- Operating and maintaining Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Ability to work on a rotating 5-day, 12-hour shift schedule with 6 consecutive days off every 3 weeks
- An electrical mechanical or related degree
- Prior experience in electro-mechanical maintenance
- Proficiency in working with PLCs
- Familiarity with AC and DC drives
- Willingness to travel occasionally (typically once every other month for two days)
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays, if needed
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- A consistent work history without frequent job changes
- Must be a US citizen or possess a valid Green Card
- A residence within a 45-minute commute of the De Pere area
