Primary Responsibilities:

• Campaign Excellence: Develop, implement, and improve end-to-end marketing campaigns that engage and convert target audiences across various channels.
• Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with data analysts to translate campaign data into actionable insights that guide future strategies and drive continuous improvement.
• Executive Reporting: Create compelling materials for executive reporting, providing insights that shape high-level decisions and strategies.
• Market Mastery: Conduct thorough market and competitive analyses to identify and prioritize new growth opportunities.
• Targeted Segmentation: Deeply analyze the print-on-demand industry to refine customer personas, discover growth opportunities, and design campaigns that drive conversions.
• Cross-Channel Optimization: Work closely with our marketing team to optimize campaign elements across digital, display, email, social, print, and organic SEO.
• Sales Enablement: Innovate and create tools that empower the sales team to excel in go-to-market strategies, ensuring a smooth launch of new offerings.
• Asset Management: Keep our marketing assets fresh and accurate, ensuring our message resonates and produces results.
• Customer Insights: Collaborate with the Market Research Analyst to understand customer needs and perceptions, continuously refining our approach to enhance performance.
