•Minimum of five years of experience in marketing, long-range planning, and healthcare.
Hours and Compensation:
•Full-time position.
•Salary range of $62K-$80K, with full benefits and relocation/sign-on bonus included.
Responsibilities:
•Oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies and products for the organization.
•Create and promote the corporate identity and mission to customers, the public, and employees through various communication channels.
•Direct and implement advertising and promotional activities.
•Analyze target market information and recommend effective marketing approaches.
•Identify new market segments that can benefit from company products.
•Build and maintain a positive public image for the organization through public-facing communication.
•Develop and execute advertising campaigns based on market research.
•Compose, review, and distribute press releases and other public-facing communication.
•Stay updated on emerging products and services in the market.
•Collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans.
•Manage the department's operating budget.
•Oversee the production of promotional and communication materials.
•Plan, prepare, and distribute original promotional content across multiple platforms.
