Mechanical Design Engineer – Custom Extruded Plastic Tooling

- Create plastic extrusion tooling designs for profile extrusion, co-extrusion, and tri-extrusion
- Direct the design, construction, modification, installation, and maintenance of tooling
- Provide assistance to machine operators and machinists
- Adjust extrusion tooling as needed
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to troubleshoot and enhance production processes
The qualifications for this role include:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing plastic extrusion tooling for profile extrusion, co-extrusion, and tri-extrusion
- At least 3 years of strong extrusion processing experience
- Extensive knowledge of extrusion processing
- Stable work history
- Must be a US citizen or possess a Green Card
- Residence within 45 minutes of the Kohler, WI area
