What we're looking for:
- Active license in the State of Washington as a Medical Assistant-Certified (National certifications must still become credentialed through the WA State Department of Health)
- Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record systems, with Epic preferred
- Current Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR certification
Hours and compensation potential:
- Full-time positions available. 5 openings are scheduled from 7:45am-5:15pm, and one is scheduled Sun-Sat from 8am-7pm.
- Compensation ranges from $20.50/hr to $34.00/hr, depending on experience. Additional shift differentials of $2.10/hr for evenings, $3/hr for nights, and $2.25/hr for weekends.
- Full benefits package including relocation assistance of up to $5,000 and a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.
What you'll be doing:
- As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will work alongside providers and other members of the clinic's healthcare team. Your responsibilities will include performing various back-office and patient-related tasks to ensure a smooth patient workflow within the department.
- In this role, you will provide a range of patient care procedures within the scope of practice defined by the facility under Washington State certification. These may include injections, EKG's, ear lavage and blood draws, measuring patient vital signs, managing rooming and patient flow, pre-visit preparation, assisting during patient visits, post-visit duties, and communicating schedule changes to providers.

- Reports to the Director. You will have the opportunity to work with a great team in diverse settings including Family Medicine, Ortho, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, and Care Today. Float positions are also available, allowing you to rotate between different settings.
