Desired Qualifications:
•Must possess an active license as a Medical Assistant-Certified in the State of Washington (National certifications will still require credentialing through the WA State Department of Health)
•Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record systems, with a preference for Epic
•Current Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR certification
Hours and Compensation:
•Full-time positions available. Five openings require a schedule of 7:45am-5:15pm, while one position requires availability from Sunday to Saturday, 8am-7pm.
•Compensation ranges from $19.73/hr to $33.00/hr, depending on experience. Evening shifts receive a differential of $2.10/hr, night shifts receive a differential of $3.00/hr, and weekend shifts receive a differential of $2.25/hr.
•Comprehensive benefits package, including relocation assistance of up to $5,000 and a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.
•As a Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C), you will support healthcare providers and the clinic team by performing a variety of tasks to ensure efficient patient workflow within the department.
•Within the scope of practice defined by the facility under Washington State certification, you will be responsible for various patient care procedures. This may involve administering injections, conducting EKGs, performing ear lavage and blood draws, measuring vital signs, managing rooming and patient flow, assisting with patient visits, and handling post-visit duties. Additionally, you will communicate any schedule changes impacting patient flow to the provider.

•Reporting to the Director, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team. Positions are available in Family Medicine, Ortho, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, Care Today, and floating between different settings.
